For 50 years, Indwell has been working alongside the Hamilton community to create supportive housing that transforms lives. Indwell is very much looking forward to working alongside Schlegel Villages and Mohawk College to develop this property. Recognizing its intrinsic value and drawing on our extensive experience in adaptive reuse and heritage preservation, Indwell is committed to converting the historic Century Manor into supportive affordable housing. We’re still in the very early stages and will soon begin engaging our health and community partners as we enter the next stage of planning this program. Ultimately, every door we open together becomes a solution to homelessness.
